A new season of Super Users has arrived, and I’m incredibly honored to be part of the 2025 Season 2 cohort—this time not just as a Super User, but also as a Community Moderator.

Being part of the https://community.dynamics.com/ has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Every question answered, every tip shared, and every discussion moderated has been a step toward helping someone succeed in their journey with Dynamics and Power Platform.

What Being a Super User Means to Me

The ‘Super User’ badge may look like a small label next to a username, but behind it is a commitment to making a daily impact. Whether it’s helping a newcomer navigate Business Central, troubleshooting a tricky Flow in Power Automate, or just offering encouragement, Super Users are here to make the community a more valuable space for everyone.

Super Users aren’t just problem-solvers—we’re collaborators, educators, and lifelong learners. We don’t have all the answers, but we always show up, ready to help. And in return, we learn so much from the questions, scenarios, and perspectives shared by others.

Stepping Into the Moderator Role

This season, I’ve also taken on the responsibility of being a Moderator. That means actively helping to keep the community clean, professional, and focused on learning. It involves removing spam, flagging inappropriate content, and making sure every member has a safe and respectful space to grow.

Moderators also work behind the scenes with Microsoft to provide feedback, suggest improvements, and help shape the future of the community experience. It’s a role I take seriously and one I view as a way to give back to the space that has given me so much.

Why Community Matters

In a world of fast-paced updates and evolving technologies, having a vibrant, helpful, and responsive community is more important than ever. Forums and communities are where the real-world use cases come to life. They’re where users share wins, learn from mistakes, and grow together.

Thank You & Looking Ahead

To the Microsoft community team: thank you for trusting me with this dual role. To my fellow Super Users: you’re the reason this community thrives. To the everyday users asking and answering questions: you are the heartbeat of the community.

Let’s keep building, sharing, and lifting each other up. If you ever have a question about Business Central, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365—you know where to find me.

Here’s to another great season of learning, sharing, and making an impact! Again anyone who wants to learn more about it feel free to reach out.
